About Us

Owner Jessica Jallings Gomez is an award-winning journalist who has more than 15 years of experience in television storytelling. For ten of those years Jessica was a reporter and anchor at various NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox stations around the country. She has covered nearly every type of story from hurricanes to military conflicts to presidential elections. Her stories have been featured on NBC's The Today Show, NBC Nightly News as well as CNN. In addition, for two years, Jessica was a reporter for a national health show that aired on Lifetime Television for Women.

Now, with two young children, Jessica continues to freelance for local newscasts, as well as CNN. But she is most passionate about this exciting new adventure called Story Place Productions.

Throughout her years in news, Jessica has been lucky enough to work with some amazing producers, photojournalists and editors. She now teams up with these award-winning crews to put together quality videos you won't find anywhere else. They collaborate throughout the process, from the initial conversations with the client to the final product. While Story Place is based in the Midwest, it has teams in cities across the country that can help you fulfill your vision. Some of those cities include New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., Miami & Denver.
